Professor Jyoti Jagasia

Dr. Jyoti Jagasia has over 30 years of corporate and academic experience. During her corporate work experience spanning over 19 years, she has handled numerous IT implementation projects for companies like Datamatics, Tech Mahindra, DBS, Maersk India and CMIE, to name a few.

In her academic stint of more than 15 years, Dr. Jagasia has publications in notable national and international peer-reviewed journals. She has served as program chair for several Advanced Project Management batches and conducted several MDPs for companies like CGI, Tata Housing, Kalpataru, M&M, BSH, Cummins, Tata Power, etc., to name a few.

In addition, she also conducts several Information Management courses like Digital Transformation, Cognitive Automation, Digital Technologies for Business, Agile Project Management etc. for full-time MBA and executive education programmes.

Evaluation

Following the completion of every one or two modules, participants can expect to engage in quizzes. This structure entails three quizzes in total, complemented by a comprehensive capstone project. Furthermore, the course incorporates hands-on class exercises that utilize various tools to enhance practical learning experiences.

The participants are required to score minimum marks/grades as decided by the Institute from time to time to complete the course.

Certification

Participants are expected to attend all sessions of a given course. However, Participants may take leave on account of emergencies, subject to the approval of the Programme Coordinator. However, 75% minimum attendance requirement would be considered for the final grading. For less than 75% attendance, grade cut as per the norms will be applied. Participant will receive certificate of participation. Certificate of Successful Completion- To qualify for Certificate of Successful Completion, following criteria needs to be fulfilled: -

  • Each participant is expected to have 75% & above attendancefor the successful completion certificate.
  • “Fail” in any assessments
  • Capstone project completion

If the student doesn’t fulfil any of the above criteria, then he/she will be given “Certificate of Participation” from SPJIMR.
